Biofourmis Rebrand

Overview

I was hired to lead the complete rebrand of Biofourmis—a fast-growing health technology company operating across the U.S., Singapore, and India. As Creative Director, I oversaw and executed every phase of the rebrand, from strategy and team alignment to creative production and global rollout. 

The result was a bold, unified brand that elevated Biofourmis' market presence, energized internal teams, and laid the foundation for future growth. This rebrand successfully positioned the company as a global leader in tech-enabled healthcare delivery.

The Work:

Cross-Functional Brand Stewardship
I built and led a team of brand ambassadors from across all departments to ensure alignment, adoption, and ongoing brand governance. This internal network was key to maintaining consistency across global teams.

Comprehensive Brand Transition Plan
I created a detailed tracker to audit and manage all existing materials needing to be updated—ensuring a seamless transition to the new identity across every touchpoint.

Launch Campaign & Digital Assets
I led the creative development and design of all digital launch content, driving the campaign into market across paid, owned, and earned channels.

Event Activation
I art directed Biofourmis’ rebranded booth experience for the official launch event at a major healthcare conference—ensuring visual impact and message clarity in a high-visibility environment.

Brand Swag with Purpose
To celebrate the new brand internally, I designed a suite of custom swag, including personalized Nike sneakers for every employee—creating buzz, unity, and a strong sense of brand pride.

Website Redesign
I oversaw the redesign and development of the new website—elevating the user experience while aligning it with the new voice, visuals, and positioning.

Launch Week Orchestration
I organized and managed all activities surrounding launch week, including internal communications, global brand reveal events, and training sessions.

Brand Asset Development
I created and distributed a full suite of new branded assets—including email signatures, letterhead, PowerPoint templates, LinkedIn headers, and Zoom backgrounds—to ensure a consistent presence across internal and external channels.

Global Execution
This was a fully global launch, executed across teams in the United States, Singapore, and India—requiring around-the-clock coordination and cultural fluency.

Creative Production Oversight
I art directed both the brand launch video and a custom photoshoot to ensure high-impact visuals that authentically represented Biofourmis' people, technology, and mission.
